Neighborhood cookout!

This Sunday, July 17th at 3 PM.  Come to the clubhouse, bring a dish to pass and get to know the new people in the neighborhood!


Meats, lemonade and water will be provided, if you would like something else to drink, please bring your own.

The pool is now OPEN!! for the summer.

A copy of the HOA rules has been added to the "Forms" tab.

For those new in the neighborhood, a list of utilities, etc. will also be added soon.

Just an FYI - the forms, calendar, etc. have now been updated to reflect new contacts, new fee info for clubhouse rentals, etc. Please subscribe to updates - we can use this blog to publish a monthly newsletter as well. If there is anything that you would like to contribute to the newsletter, advertisements for your business, etc. please send me an email. Kathy
