Clubhouse Calendar

You must be current on your HOA dues to reserve the clubhouse
CLUBHOUSE RESERVATIONS
1.) Ensure availability on the calendar below
2.) If the date you are interested in is available, go to the FORMS tab and fill out the "Reservation Form" and the "Cleaning Checklist"
3.) Please fill out and sign both forms in all spaces (all initials too) and ensure you include your Pool/Clubhouse Card # (on the back) so that we can make sure you gain access.  If you do not have a card - you need to see Ross in the office, or email Brenda at BHill@allenedwin.com
4.) Take both forms and a check made out to "Gilmore Farms Clubhouse Rental" in the amount of $50 and turn into **Clubhouse contact TBD**

NOTE: -Events are reserved on a first come first served basis and your reservation will be final once all forms and payment are received.  Your reservation includes one hour before and after to allow for setup and cleanup.  Your card will ONLY work on the west door, on the side of the parking lot.  Because it is computerized - you cannot get in earlier than *exactly* ONE HOUR before.  If you need more time, let the person in charge of the calendar know.
